Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Free Shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $150 (before tax and after discounts).

  • For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an extra cost.

Local Delivery (Florida Only)

We offer same-day delivery in select Florida areas. Availability depends on your zip code and order time.

  • Orders must be placed before 12 PM for same-day delivery.

  • Delivery windows and fees will appear at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

After your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this link to track your delivery status anytime.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected time, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
